Orders & quoting
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. For manufacturing with embroidery and corporate customization the minimum is typically 25 pieces per model. For PPE and signage in stock there is no minimum: we quote from one unit for distributors and small businesses.
How long does a quote take?
An advisor responds the same business day with an initial proposal. If the order requires physical samples or complex customization, closing can take an extra 24-48 hours.
Do you invoice? Do you accept wire transfer and deposit?
Yes, we are a formal supplier and invoice under CFDI 4.0 (Mexican fiscal standard). We accept SPEI transfer, bank deposit and card payments for smaller volumes. For recurring orders we offer business credit upon evaluation.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. The higher the volume, the better the per-unit price. Share approximate quantities and your advisor will provide a tiered table.
Customization & production
Can you embroider my company logo?
Yes. We embroider full-color logos in custom positions (chest, back, sleeve, cap). We only need your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF) and Pantone colors if defined.
Can you make a custom model?
Yes. If you need a particular design (corporate colors, specific cuts, technical fabrics), our workshop produces prototypes before manufacturing the full order.
What materials do you use?
We work with 12 and 14 oz denim, gabardine, industrial poplin, breathable mesh, high-impact polyethylene, polycarbonate and PVC. All certified and within industry standards.
Shipping & delivery
Where in Mexico do you ship?
We ship to all 32 Mexican states via formal carriers (Estafeta, DHL, FedEx). For large orders we coordinate dedicated transport.
What is the lead time?
In-stock product: 2-5 business days. Customized product (embroidery, custom manufacturing): 7-15 business days depending on volume. We confirm the exact date when quoting.
Is shipping included?
It depends on volume and destination. In quotes we break down product and shipping separately so you have full clarity.
Distribution & wholesale
How do I become a ROMSAM distributor?
Message us on WhatsApp or via the form indicating "distribution" and the area where you operate. An advisor shares the wholesale catalog, pricing and terms (minimum volume, geographic exclusivity, marketing support).
Can I buy single units?
Yes. For small or individual purchases find us on Mercado Libre (link in footer) or contact us directly on WhatsApp.
Do your products meet NOM standards?
Yes. Our PPE meets the applicable NOM standards (NOM-011, 017, 113, 115, 116 as applicable) and our uniforms are within industry standards. We help you justify compliance before STPS audits.
Distributor or end customer? We have a route.
We work with distributors nationwide and also sell single units on Mercado Libre.
